Upon confirmation of reservation, a 30% deposit is requested. If booking is made within 30 Days prior to client’s arrival FULL PAYMENT must be made immediately upon confirmation. FULL PAYMENTS have to settle before 1month prior to client’s arrival. The client/Agent is responsible for any bank charges relating to bank transfers.


All payments for arrangement become non-refundable 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.

All cancellations received between 31 days and 60 days prior to scheduled arrival are subject to a 25% cancellation penalty.
Cancellation made more than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival are subject to a 10% cancellation penalty.
Refunds may be subject to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, as well as penalties and charges imposed by our suppliers. In certain cases, such as one-time tours, special events and travel during holiday periods, different payment, cancellation and refund policies may apply.
The cancellation notice must be received in writing either by e-mail, fax or post only. It will be effective on the date of receipt.


A Handling fee will charge per person plus any fees changed by the suppliers will be charged for any alternative or revisions to a reservation. A change of trip date will be treated as a cancellation and new booking and regular cancellation fees will apply. Any spelling corrections to the clients’ names after issuing tickets are subject to airlines revision fees.


All prices quoted to the clients/ agent are on the net basis and in US$ and valid according to the date specified on A – Roy Myanmar Travels & Tours tariffs and/ or quotation and/ or invoice issued to the clients/ agent. A – Roy Myanmar Travels & Tours warrants that the prices or rates quoted to the clients/ agent are correct at the time of issuance of the client’s/ agent’s quotation and/ or invoice but are subject to change in line with market, tax or currency fluctuation, with or without prior notice.


A – Roy Myanmar Travel acts as an intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels and transport providing the services. We, therefore, are not responsible for any losses, damages, additional expenses due to airlines delay, natural disaster, and accident.

No credit cards/ travelers cheque/ ATM cards are valid any more in recent & current situation of Myanmar. So, it is advisable that the clients should bring enough money in cash (US$) to Myanmar.

A-Roy Myanmar only as a intermediary between the Tour Operator/ Agent and the transportation companies, hotels, car hirers, local tourist offices and all other contractors/ suppliers and therefore disclaim any responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, accident, change of schedule or other irregularities caused or arising from circumstances beyond our control.

INSURANCE We strongly recommend all clients to purchase their own travel insurance to cover unforeseen medical expenses, cancellation fees and loss of luggage.


All services vouchers and domestic air tickets will be issued by A Roy Myanmar and will be transferred to the local tour guide or tour leader or clients on arrival as an exchange of payment or with the vouchers issued by the overseas tour operator/ agency.

FIT BOOKINGS: A-Roy Myanmar does not have the policy to levy any cancellation fees .If hotels and other suppliers of services levy a cancellation, these charges will be passed onto the Tour Operator / Agent. Please note that most hotels and airlines have a 30 days cancellation notice policy for FITs.
